Returns:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of shipping the returned item back to us and the cost of shipping the new item to you.

4: Non-Acceptance or Failure to Accept Shipment: It is crucial for the customer to accept the shipped packet upon delivery. If the customer refuses or fails to accept the shipment, it will be returned to the sender. Should the customer wish to receive the product, they must cover the new shipping costs for resending the package. Please note that refunds are not possible in this scenario.
